Please insure your package for the value of its contents as refunds cannot be processed for packages lost in transit

TRACK YOUR RETURN
Option 1: After you ship your return using our label, click the link in your return confirmation email to track its progress and the status of your refund.
Option 2: If you ship your return independently you will receive an email when your refund is processed (approximately 10-15 days after it is received at our returns center).

*We offer a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, within 60 days from the date of purchase. The 60-Day Money Back Guarantee also applies to Business Kits. Items that are returned outside of the R+F return policy will be discarded and no return will be issued.
